Last Fall, I attended the W.E.L.L. Summit in New York City. Beauty bloggers, wellness professionals and health enthusiasts alike came together with one common goal in mind. We all wanted to learn more about green & non-toxic beauty, clean eating, fitness, self-care and sustainable living. I definitely got more than I bargained for while attending the Summit. W.E.L.L. Summit is Not An Event, It’s An Experience!
When you attend the W.E.L.L. Summit ’17, there will be an abundance of wellness industry leaders speaking daily in large panel discussion groups. They will be sharing knowledge of their field while providing you will realistic and simple tips on how to live your healthiest life. My experience was filled with laughs, great vibes and so much learning! I finally met fellow green beauty blogger Alba Ramos (@SunkissAlba, read more below!).
She was an absolute sweetheart and so down to earth! We spoke about our boys, swapped beauty tips, our journeys, etc. She even took time to record a shoutout video for one of her biggest fans, my 13 year old niece!..lol.

W.E.L.L. Summit provides attendees with intimate access leading wellness professionals through small breakout sessions as well. You can take this opportunity to ask all the questions you want! The sessions range from clean beauty, nutrition, fitness, self-care to career. I attended an intimate breakout session with Alba Ramos (@SunkissAlba) on “Clean DIY Beauty Tips”. The 2nd breakout session I attended was with Dr. Gabby Pelicci on “How to Create Your Dream Career In Health & Wellness”. It was life changing! At the time, I was at a crossroad with my passion, job and dream career (hopefully that makes sense..lol). I participated in highly engaging and unique group activities that allowed me to gain a better understanding of myself and the direction I wanted to go with my wellness career. So many of us were networking and swapping business ideas which was so refreshing!

Y’all, the swag bags that you receive from the W.E.L.L. Summit are GAME CHANGERS! Just make sure you get there early because they run out pretty quick. I had serious FOMO everyone else post their swag bag pics underneath #WELLSUMMIT16. Luckily, I was able to refuel in Recharge Lounge & score some goodies there! The pic is worth 1000 words.
